Psychosocial Counseling

 Welcome to the Psychosocial Counseling Program at AIES. This structured program spans four progressive levels—Foundation Diploma, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and Professional Diploma. The curriculum explores the psychological and social dimensions of well-being, integrating counseling frameworks, communication strategies, and the influence of social systems. Students will examine approaches to supporting individuals experiencing emotional, mental health, and social challenges, while emphasizing reflective practice and cultural sensitivity.

 Students who complete the Professional Diploma in Psychosocial Counseling develop applied knowledge in communication, emotional support, mental health awareness, and community-based engagement. These skills may be relevant in a variety of settings that support individual and group well-being, such as community organizations, outreach programs, or educational initiatives.
