Overview

 Welcome to the Human Resource Management Program at AIES. This structured program spans four progressive levels—Foundation Diploma, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and Professional Diploma—each designed to build on the last. The curriculum offers a comprehensive exploration of current human resource theories and practices, guiding students through key areas such as recruitment, selection, performance management, employee development, labor laws, ethics, and organizational strategy. The program emphasizes both technical knowledge and interpersonal development within the HR field.

Learning Outcomes

Upon completing the Human Resource Management Professional Diploma Program, students will be able to:

  • Apply Employment Law: Understand and apply fundamental labor laws and regulations to promote organizational compliance.
  • Develop Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strengthen essential skills for supporting employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Application of Skills

 Students who complete the Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management gain applied knowledge and practical tools relevant to supporting human resource functions across a range of organizational settings. This includes areas such as recruitment processes, employee engagement, training coordination, compensation planning, and workplace communication.
