 Welcome to the Healthcare Administration Program at AIES. This structured program spans four progressive levels—Foundation Diploma, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and Professional Diploma—each designed to build on the last. The curriculum explores healthcare systems, management principles, healthcare policy, financial practices, and the organizational dynamics within healthcare settings. Students will explore administrative tools and decision-making approaches that support the efficient operation of healthcare services and institutions.
