Early Childhood Education

Welcome to the Early Childhood Education Program at AIES, a structured learning experience designed to build foundational and advanced understanding of how young children grow, learn, and interact with their world. This program spans four progressive levels—Foundation Diploma, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and Professional Diploma—each designed to build upon the last. The curriculum explores child development theory, early learning environments, classroom routines, early literacy, and play-based approaches that support holistic development during the early years.

The program is structured into four levels, each offering a carefully curated set of courses that progressively build on the knowledge and skills developed in the preceding level.

Students who complete the Professional Diploma in Early Childhood Education develop practical knowledge in early learning environments, play-based instruction, child development, and family engagement. These skills may be applied in settings that support early learning and caregiving for children from infancy through early childhood.
