1. Accuracy of Information
By registering with AIES, you confirm that all information provided to AIES and/or any affiliated or approved center is accurate, complete, and current. AIES reserves the right to verify any information submitted. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in denial of admission, suspension, or termination of enrollment without refund.

2. Admission and Enrollment
Admission to any course or program offered by AIES is at the sole discretion of AIES. Submission of an application or payment does not guarantee acceptance. AIES reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel enrollment at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Fees and Payments
All fees must be paid in full prior to accessing course materials, exams, or services. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Examination Refund Policy
Refund requests for examinations must be submitted prior to scheduling or taking the exam. Once an exam has been taken, no refunds will be issued.

5. Online Course Refund Policy
Students enrolled in online courses are eligible for a full refund if requested within three (3) calendar days of initial access to the course. After this period, all fees are non-refundable.

6. Approved Centers – Attendance and Refunds

7. Transfers, Deferrals, and Changes
Requests to transfer, defer, or modify enrollment may be granted at AIES’s discretion and may be subject to administrative fees. Approval is not guaranteed.

8. Course Access and Modifications
AIES reserves the right to modify, update, reschedule, or discontinue any course, program, or delivery format at any time. Where practicable, AIES will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to affected students.

11. Non-Degree Programs Disclaimer
AIES offers non-degree programs designed to enhance skills and improve employability. While these programs are career-focused, recognition of certifications may vary by employer, institution, or regulatory body. Students are responsible for verifying acceptance of credentials with relevant organizations.
