Hotel Management

 Welcome to the Hotel Management Program at AIES. This structured program spans four progressive levels—Foundation Diploma, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and Professional Diploma. The curriculum introduces essential concepts and applied knowledge in areas such as front office operations, food and beverage service, housekeeping, financial processes, and guest service principles. Students explore how different hotel departments operate together to create effective and memorable hospitality experiences.

Students who complete the Professional Diploma in Hotel Management develop applied knowledge in guest services, hotel operations, housekeeping coordination, food and beverage processes, and hospitality communications.
