 Welcome to the Hotel Management Program at AIES. This structured program spans four progressive levels—Foundation Diploma, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and Professional Diploma. The curriculum introduces essential concepts and applied knowledge in areas such as front office operations, food and beverage service, housekeeping, financial processes, and guest service principles. Students explore how different hotel departments operate together to create effective and memorable hospitality experiences.

Learning Outcomes

Upon completing the Hotel Management Professional Diploma Program, students will be able to:

  • Understand Hotel Operations Management: Demonstrate knowledge of core hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Explore Leadership and Team Dynamics: Identify effective team leadership approaches to support daily hotel functions.

Application of Skills

Students who complete the Professional Diploma in Hotel Management develop applied knowledge in guest services, hotel operations, housekeeping coordination, food and beverage processes, and hospitality communications. These skills may be useful in various settings that emphasize customer experience, hospitality coordination, and operational efficiency.
