This course features two engaging modules that build on each other, guiding you through a steady, practical learning journey.

Module 1:

• Introduction to emotional intelligence: Definition, importance, and core components (self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy).
• Recognizing and managing your emotions: Tools and techniques for emotional awareness.
• Empathy in the workplace: Understanding others’ emotions and building strong interpersonal relationships.
• Emotional intelligence and communication: How EI improves workplace interactions and reduces misunderstandings.

Module 2:

• Conflict resolution: Using emotional intelligence to navigate and resolve disputes professionally.
• Leadership and emotional intelligence: Enhancing leadership through self-regulation and empathy.
• Building emotionally intelligent teams: Creating a positive, emotionally aware workplace culture.
• Final project: Develop a plan to enhance emotional intelligence in a workplace setting, either individually or as a team.
