Project Governance & Organizational Strategy

This course examines project governance structures and their role in aligning projects with organizational strategy. Learners will explore governance frameworks, decision-making processes, roles and responsibilities, and control mechanisms that ensure projects deliver value, comply with organizational policies, and support strategic objectives.
