Agile & Hybrid Project Methodologies

This course introduces learners to Agile and Hybrid project methodologies used in dynamic and complex project environments. It explores Agile principles, frameworks, and tools, as well as hybrid approaches that integrate traditional and Agile practices. Learners will develop the ability to select, adapt, and apply appropriate methodologies to improve flexibility, collaboration, and project delivery outcomes.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

• Understand Agile Principles and Frameworks: Analyze core Agile values, principles, and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and their application in project environments.
• Apply Hybrid Project Approaches: Demonstrate the ability to integrate Agile and traditional project management practices to design hybrid delivery models suited to project needs.
• Enhance Adaptive Planning and Delivery: Apply iterative planning, incremental delivery, and continuous feedback techniques to manage changing requirements effectively.
• Support Collaborative and Agile Teams: Cultivate skills for facilitating collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement within Agile and hybrid project teams.
