Course Description

This course introduces learners to Agile and Hybrid project methodologies used in dynamic and complex project environments. It explores Agile principles, frameworks, and tools, as well as hybrid approaches that integrate traditional and Agile practices. Learners will develop the ability to select, adapt, and apply appropriate methodologies to improve flexibility, collaboration, and project delivery outcomes.
