Public Health / Malawi Focus

 Welcome to the Public Health Program – Malawi Focus at AIES. This comprehensive program is structured into four progressive levels—Foundation Diploma, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and Professional Diploma. The curriculum combines foundational theory with applied learning and is tailored to address the specific health challenges of Malawi. Students will explore key areas such as public health principles, epidemiology, health promotion, and policy development, with an emphasis on community health and equitable access to care in the Malawian context.

Students who complete the Professional Diploma in Public Health – Malawi Focus develop applied knowledge in community health, program support, health communication, and data collection. These skills may be useful across a range of community-focused environments in Malawi that promote public health awareness, education, and service coordination.
